Enhancing Channel Sales Effectiveness with Cloud-Based CPQ

This high tech co. relies heavily on partners to sell their storage and data management solutions but found that their legacy online quoting and ordering system was difficult and frustrating to use.

Keste helped revamp their online quote-to-order system with an emphasis on intuitive functionality, a streamlined user experience, and improved performance. By leveraging Oracle E Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Configurator, Oracle WebCenter and Salesforce, Keste developed a CPQ solution that allowed channel partners to quote much easier and stopped the attrition to competitors’ quoting tools.

Currently, this system is being used in over 75 countries by over 2400 partners. The results have been significant and include:

  • reduction in the number of product configuration “clicks” by 20-50%.
